In a disheartening act of hate speech, the words “Azerbaijan Is A Terrorist Child-Killer Nation” were discovered spray-painted on the sidewalk outside Azerbaijan House in Toronto. The Azerbaijani Canadian diaspora was deeply disturbed upon learning of this incident. Despite the hurtful message, community members have vowed to stand in unity and continue visiting Azerbaijan House, denouncing hatred and promoting the rich Azerbaijani culture that the center represents.

“We condemn this act of hatred and have reported it to York police. Our community remains undeterred.”

The spokesperson for Azerbaijan House has affirmed their commitment to combating hatred, stating that they have promptly reported the hate crime to the York police. The community’s response is a strong and united one, rejecting the message of hate that was defaced on the sidewalk.

Thank you for choosing TheJ.Ca as your source for Canadian Jewish News.

We do news differently!

Our positioning as a Zionist News Media platform sets us apart from the rest. While other Canadian Jewish media are advocating increasingly biased progressive political and social agendas, TheJ.Ca is providing more and more readers with a welcome alternative and an ideological home.

We revealed the incursion of anti-Israel progressive elements such as IfNotNow into our communities. We have exposed the distorted hateful agenda of the “progressive” left political radicals who brought Linda Sarsour to our cities, and we were first to report on many disturbing incidents of Nazi-based hate towards Jews across Canada.

But we can’t do it alone. We need your HELP!

Our ability to thrive and grow in 2020 and beyond depends on the generosity of committed readers and supporters like you.
