Many are hailing Israel’s admission as historic, while critics say that Washington’s strict requirements could compromise Israeli security.
“For me and my fellow Jewish students, Israel-hating rhetoric and Jewish-hating rhetoric feels the same because they are the same: Both are anti-Semitism,” said Joey Karlan, Club Z alumnus.

Try though they might, the world’s most antisemitic countries failed to gain momentum for their latest UN-approved hate-fest as 37 nations said NO to participating in the sham Durban IV ‘human rights’ conference. (Photo: CAEF)

CAEF Thanks Countries & Leaders Which Boycotted Durban IV
(CAEF) From Sept 8th to 22nd, with resources from the Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation, End Jew Hatred Canada ran a digital campaign calling for the UN to cancel the infamous Durban IV conference. The CAEF/End Jew Hatred campaign on Facebook and Instagram featured images with clear messages which can be seen on our website.
Durban IV’s theme was “Reparations, racial justice and equality for people of African descent,” and included the adoption of the original Durban Declaration, in which the Israel-Palestinian conflict is the only one specifically mentioned. Twenty years and three subsequent conferences later, many state members of the United Nations are still bellicose with lies about Israel.
Some examples of the antisemitic diatribe at the UN:
Syria claims that Israel interferes with the education of Syrians in the “occupied Golan Heights.” Syria does not own the Golan and is itself guilty of mass murder of Syrians and atrocious treatment of civilians, being run by a tyrannical dictator.
Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki said, the Palestinians suffer from “one of the most pervasive forms of colonialism and apartheid colonialism.” Of course what the “Palestinian” Arabs suffer from is the tyranny, injustice, corruption, betrayal, bigotry and humiliation laid on them by the PA itself.
In the end 37 countries either boycotted or failed to show up at the UN event. Special thanks to UN Watch, Human Rights Voices and the International Legal Forum for their leadership. Disappointingly, Canadian Jewish organizations remained quiet, having been satisfied with the achievement of securing Canada’s withdrawal from the latest Durban conference.
Democratic Socialists of America Rip OAC for Iron Dome Vote
The crocodile tears of the darling of progressive leftists earned no sympathy from the core supporters of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) after abstaining from voting yea or nay on restoring US funding for Israel’s Iron Dome anti-missile defence system. In fact, the Democratic Socialists of America ripped her and other anti-Israel Democrats for not being antisemitic enough when the chips were down, condemning “the barbaric vote by the Congressional House to fund an additional $1 billion for Iron Dome when the US already provides nearly $4 billion in annual military aid to Israel.”
“We know the Democratic Party exerts enormous discipline on Congresspeople who would dare vote against funding the Zionist expansionist agenda, but little on those who are currently forcing a crisis on funding a critical infrastructure package for the US itself” the statement asserted.
“Most disappointingly our DSA members in Congress like AOC and Jamaal Bowman—didn’t vote against this spending.”
The organization called American Marxists to action, stating: “It is up to us, as socialists, to build enough working class power to ensure that votes like this can never happen again… Our platform proudly states continued support for and involvement with the Palestinian-led BDS movement & efforts to eliminate U.S. military aid to Israel. When our elected members show the conviction of BDS principles, and when we demonstrate the power to defend them against the most cynical attacks from the Israel lobby, we grow the seriousness of our organization as a vehicle for the liberation of all oppressed people.”
Praising Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush for voting against keeping citizens of Israel safe from Hamas terror missiles, the DSA concluded, “We condemn the Democratic Party decision and urge our members to demand all Senators vote no on this last-minute increase in funding… We continue to call on all elected officials, especially those endorsed by DSA, to support the Palestinian call to defund ethnic cleansing and fully boycott apartheid.”
As pointed out by @AJwshResistance “The iron dome saves human lives AND some of the most important world heritage sites, churches, synagogues and mosques.”

Manager Claims Rosh Hashanah Firing “Further Evidence of Unilever’s Antisemitism”
The parent company of Ben & Jerry’s continues to face consequences for their anti-Israel and antisemitic corporate culture. According to the New York Post, David Rosenbaum has filed suit alleging he was fired in 2019 for taking time off from his general manager position at their New Jersey head office to observe Rosh Hashanah.
His legal claim alleges that Frank Alfano, his boss, told him he would not be allowed to time off for the Jewish New Year or for Yom Kippur. Rosenbaum emailed upper management explaining that his religious observance would not allow him to work on those Holy Days, yet he was fired over the phone the next day.
Rosenbaum contends his firing was “further evidence of Unilever’s antisemitism.” Unilever has been under the microscope for its decision to ban the sales of B&J ice cream in the West Bank.
Meanwhile, the Rhode Island Coalition for Israel held a rally at the state’s leading grocer on September 19 to protest their continued stocking of the ice cream, after a request to meet with senior management of Dave’s Marketplace was ignored.
“Ben & Jerry's ban on sales at settlements effectively amounts to support of BDS and is therefore not only anti-Israel, but antisemitic,” stated RICI. “One day it’s a boycott of Jews in Judea, the next day it’s an angry mob shouting intifada in Brooklyn. Ben & Jerry's boycott amounts to “cultural genocide.” (Photo: RICI)
The rally was held at the flagship location in East Greenwich, which also serves as corporate headquarters, and featured signs emblazoned, “Ben & Jerry’s must #EndJewHatred”.
RICI describes their group as “Grassroots Christians and Jews supporting the US alliance with Israel and traditional Judeo-Christian values.” The coalition challenged the assurance of “RI’s largest independent grocery store chain” that they “value each and every one of our 85,000+ customers that pass through our doors every week” and that “The uniqueness of each of our stores continues to reflect the spirit of the community in which they were developed.”
The non-profit security patrol Magen Am was on the scene in Los Angeles when a man arguing with Sukkot celebrants made good on his threat, "I'm a real Muslim, I'll show you what real terrorism looks like". Twenty minutes later he drove back to the Shaarei Tefila Synagogue and floored the gas pedal as he hurtled down an alley towards women and children, who all scrambled to safety. Intifada Scare Tactic Comes to SoCal
When the “Free Palestine” crowd at Nakba Day and Al Quds rallies in North America chant “Viva Viva Intifada”, they envision almost exactly what occurred late on September 22 in Los Angeles.
An annual concert event was being enjoyed by almost 500 congregants of Shaarei Tefila, a Modern Orthodox synagogue in the uptown Fairfax-Hancock Park Jewish community. Security was being provided by Magen Am, a non-profit organization that currently provides services for 14 synagogues and six Jewish schools in the L.A. area.
A Magen Am security officer told The Algemeiner that the suspect had walked up to the synagogue asking questions about the event, “and soon after started making antisemitic insults and threats.” This provoked an argument and after he threatened the security officer was shooed away, proclaiming “I’m a real Muslim, I’ll show you what real terrorism looks like”.
Magen Am posted on Facebook that, “He returned approximately 20 minutes later and attempted to use his vehicle to run over Jews at the event. He slammed the gas to full throttle down an alley full of people. Thank G-d there were no physical injuries. Women and children (it was on the woman’s side) were left trembling from shock and fear after scrambling to the sides to get out of the way. The car stopped short in front of the metal gates, screamed “F the Jews” and left.”
LAPD were called and provided a licence plate number. Data from the Los Angeles Police Department shows that antisemitic hate crimes have increased by nearly 60% thus far in 2021.
