President Joe Biden in his first month in office has been making a show of his signing a great many executive orders to reverse many of Pres. Trump’s domestic and foreign policies. His and his party’s still malicious hatred of Pres. Donald Trump has much to do with that. The policies Biden has instituted however, clearly disclose his intent to restore the foreign and domestic policies of the Obama administration and to also favorably respond to the ever more influential left wing of the Democrat party which will tend to push Biden’s Obama redux administration even further left.
That intent has been underscored by a number of Biden’s appointments to various departments and agencies, which include former members of the Obama administration proposed to play important roles in affecting Biden’s policies. Biden’s words and deeds aforesaid have led a very great many to see him as a puppet manipulated by Obama and his Democrat party.
Many of Biden’s domestic and foreign policies already have begun hurting many Americans in terms of job loss, ending U.S. energy independence that Trump brought America, greatly weakening border security that virtually invites illegal immigration to which invite, great numbers of foreigners are already responding to and weakening America’s standing on the world stage.
One of those Biden foreign policies is to get America back into the Iran deal of 2015 (formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action {JCPOA} ) that the Democrats and Obama himself saw as his legacy achievement.

At the time, a great many Americans and not just Republicans were opposed to Obama’s pursuing the JCPOA. They condemned Obama for being so desperate for the deal that he foolishly acceded to all Iranian demands. More significantly, the deal was condemned as not only meritless for America and her Middle East allies, but greatly prejudicial. Israel of course has been in the cross hairs of genocidal Jew-Israel hating Iran since the Iranian revolution in 1979. That malevolent evil hatred has only grown in time. The Gulf States being oil rich and powerful, feared Iran’s hegemonic aspirations to replace them as the power in the Middle East.
To all those justified objections to the Iran deal, Obama turned a deaf ear.
Recall that JCPOA did not prevent Iran from gaining nuclear WMD capacity, but only delayed her becoming a nuclear WMD state for 15 years. Further, the JCPOA ignored both Iran’s ICBM development and her immoral lethal terrorism proxy business to factions like Hamas, Hezbollah, Assad/Syria and Houthi rebels in Yemen. Iran’s terrorist actions have been destabilizing the Middle East and posing mortal threats to Israel and Arab nations including the Saudis. More to the point perhaps is that Iran’s terrorism has also attacked Americans and American interests in the Middle East for years.
Since 2017, a number of Obama’s key negotiators for the Iran deal, John Kerry (now appointed Climate Change adviser) and Robert Malley (now appointed as envoy for Iran to again negotiate with Iran for America’s re-entry into the deal) were meeting with Iranian officials discussing re-entering the Iran deal if Trump lost the 2020 election.
Those discussions by Kerry and Malley clearly were intended to undermine Trump’s own efforts to re-engage with Iran based on negotiations premised on a position of strength, contrasted with Obama’s characteristic position of weakness. The following is just a taste of Fleitz’s reasoning.
The timing of the Biden administration’s announcement was curious in light of a surge in threatening and belligerent actions by Iran, such as a Feb. 15 rocket attack against a U.S. base in Irbil, Iraq, by an Iranian-backed militia and stepped-up attacks against Yemeni civilian targets and Saudi Arabia by the Houthi rebels, an Iranian terrorist surrogate….
And over the last two years, Iran has used ballistic missiles and drones to attack U.S. bases in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, including an oil facility. There also is conclusive evidence of massive Iranian cheating on the nuclear deal to continue its covert nuclear weapons program.
So why is Joe Biden in such a hurry to rejoin the Iran nuclear deal?”
Fleitz provides persuasive answers to this question. Anyone with a lick of common sense will understand the answers, if they hadn’t already figured those answers out for themselves. Knowing the answers however is no comfort if Biden proceeds headlong as Obama did into a deal with the Iranians.
Hopefully there are still at least a few Democrats who know just how injurious and even downright dangerous many of Biden’s domestic and foreign policies (such as the Iran deal), are to Americans, America and her allies and that they will have the guts to step up to say NO!
